AIxCC Releases Updated Rules, Exemplar Challenge, and ASC Procedures and Scoring Guide

Collaborators Share Details on Competitor Resources
Companies collaborating with the AIxCC – Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, and OpenAI – have announced specifics on the resources they will be providing to competitors. Verified registered teams competing in the Small Business and Open Tracks can request resources via the competitor portals. If you’ve already registered, check your email for instructions on accessing your portal. Note that competitors may request credits from any, all, or none of the collaborators as they see fit.
Important Reminders
Open Track Registration Closes April 30
The Open Track is accepting registrations through April 30, 2024. Do not wait until the last minute to register as late/incomplete registrations will not be accepted. As a reminder, teams that registered for the AIxCC Small Business Track Competition but did not receive awards have been automatically registered in the Open Track.

ARPA-H Joins DARPA’s AI Cyber Challenge to Safeguard Nation’s Health Care Infrastructure from Cyberattacks
On March 21, 2024, the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) announced it had joined forces with DARPA to both expand the AIxCC’s prize pool and create direct transition pathways for AI cybersecurity tools and capabilities that address critical vulnerabilities in medical devices, hospital IT, and biotech equipment. Congrats to Small Business Track Competition Winners
On March 11, 2024, DARPA announced the seven $1 million winners of the Small Business Track Competition. DARPA received a robust response of competitive submissions from the small business community. The winners were selected by an independent judging panel of government subject matter experts from institutions such as the U.S. Air Force Research Lab, the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Research and Engineering and ARPA-H. The seven teams receiving awards are:

- LACROSSE, Smart Information Flow Technologies (SIFT)
